Dominica has been in real estate for over 25 years, as an owner, operator, and property manager. Dominica oversees the management of a commercial real estate portfolio valued at approximately 175 million dollars, and lends extensive experience in acquisitions and value-add asset management.
Vivian Lee
LEGAL COUNSEL
Vivian oversees business development and project management. A licensed attorney, Vivian brings project management and an analytical background. She is involved in all aspects of the business, including site acquisition, financing, permitting, planning, design and construction.
Saranda Camaj

Saranda oversees property management, construction activities, design and delivery. Saranda lends a detailed eye and acute sense of current trends and style throughout design and delivery of all development and renovation projects.

Sophia oversees leasing, property management, and handles all insurance related matters. Sophia coordinates with staff and vendors across NY, NJ, CT, MA, and PA to ensure efficient operations, all properties are well maintained, and tenants are satisfied with their homes.
